1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the ERPfied platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (“Services”) provided by ERPfied (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using ERPfied, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Service
ERPfied provides a software platform to manage school operations including academics, finance, HR, payroll, transport, and related workflows.
ERPfied does not:
- Act as a statutory authority
- Certify legal or regulatory compliance on behalf of schools
- Replace professional judgment, audits, or statutory filings unless explicitly contracted
All outputs, reports, and records generated by ERPfied are based on data entered into the system.
3. User Responsibilities
Schools and authorized users are responsible for:
- Accuracy and completeness of data entered
- Timely data entry
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
ERPfied is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect, delayed, or incomplete data entry.
4. Accounting & Compliance Disclaimer
While ERPfied supports audit-ready accounting structures and compliance workflows:
- Final responsibility for statutory compliance remains with the school
- Financial reports depend on inputs provided by users
- Optional accounting or CA support, if availed, is governed by separate agreements
5. Customization & Feature Scope
Features described as “planned”, “customizable”, or “dependent on third-party systems” are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing. Custom developments are scoped and billed separately.
6. Data Ownership
All data entered into ERPfied remains the property of the school.
ERPfied acts only as a data processor, providing hosting, access controls, and backups.
7. Availability & Support
ERPfied aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows, upgrades, or outages may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ERPfied shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the applicable service period
9. Termination
ERPfied may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or illegal activity.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Changes to Terms
ERPfied may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
